By creating an account or using the Shooper platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

3. Permitted Use

5. Termination

Termination may occur immediately upon discovery of such violations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may also remove your store's content from the platform.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shooper Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
